What is the MRPI Assessment?
The MRPI (Multi-Rater Personality Inventory) is a proprietary assessment built on Dr. Eric Berne's transactional analysis theory. It has been in use since 1981 and maps your dominant ego states, communication patterns, and behavioral tendencies to give you a clear picture of how you show up as a leader and communicator. Unlike most diagnostics which measure preferences and render limited results, the MRPI's design makes it extremely difficult to calculate false positive or false negative responses.
How long does the full MRPI take?
The assessment itself takes approximately 30–45 minutes to complete. You'll receive your detailed report within a few days, and the one-on-one debrief session with a certified coach is typically 60 minutes.
Is the assessment available in other languages?
Yes. The full MRPI Assessment is available in English, French, and German. Our certified partners in Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and Egypt can deliver the debrief in their local context. The free Personality Blueprint is currently available in English only.
