FOR ORGANIZATIONS | INFLUENCE WITHOUT AUTHORITY
Almost everything you are accountable for depends on people who do not report to you. This is the programme that makes that work.
THE PROGRAMME AT A GLANCE
Format
2 delivery days + 30-day field application + one 2-hour virtual clinic
Built For
Sales, key accounts, project management, functional heads
Anchored To
One real stakeholder each participant is currently stuck with
Delivery
Arabic primary, English supported
Group Size
15 participants
The org chart stopped describing how work actually gets done some time ago. The deal is won or lost by six people, only one of whom signs. The project is delivered by four departments, none of which report to the project manager. The decision that matters is made among peers with different targets. In every one of those rooms, the person accountable for the result has no authority over the people who produce it — and pushing harder is the one move that reliably fails.
This is not a soft-skills gap. It is a commercial one, and it shows up in slipped dates, stalled renewals, and decisions that are made three times before they hold.
Stakeholder Clarity
Mapping who actually decides, who can quietly block, and what each of them is protecting.
Earned Credibility
Building the standing that makes a request land before the request is ever made.
Agreement Architecture
Designing the conversation so the other party arrives at the decision rather than being pushed toward it.
Authority gets compliance. Influence gets commitment. Only one of them survives the moment you leave the room.
WhO THIS IS FOR
01. Sales professionals
SITUATION
The buyer is not one person and never was. The person who says yes is rarely the person who can say no, and the one who kills it quietly was never in the meeting.
WHAT CHANGES
They stop selling to the contact who is easiest to reach and start working the people who actually decide.
02. KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS
SITUATION
Half the people who shape the renewal have never bought anything from you. You serve them, you depend on them, and you have no commercial hold over any of them.
WHAT CHANGES
They build standing across the whole account rather than a relationship with one sponsor who may leave.
03. PROJECT MANAGERS
SITUATION
You own the date. Someone else owns the people. Every dependency sits in a department with its own priorities and its own manager.
WHAT CHANGES
They secure commitment from departments they cannot instruct — before the deadline is at risk, not after.
04. DEPARTMENT & FUNCTIONAL HEADS
SITUATION
Everyone in the room is senior, everyone is right, and everyone's targets are different. Escalation is available and expensive.
WHAT CHANGES
They convert competing agendas into decisions that hold, without spending credit upward every time.
Different rooms, one skill: producing a result through people whose cooperation you cannot require.
Map any stakeholder landscape — who decides, who influences, and who can quietly stop it
Read what each party is actually protecting, underneath what they say they want
Build credibility with people who have no obligation to give them their time
Make a request that is accepted on its merit rather than on a title
Hold a position under pressure without damaging the relationship they still need afterwards
Turn a competing agenda into a workable agreement instead of an escalation
Recognise the silent no — the yes that never becomes action — and reopen it early
Read the room. Earn the standing. Design the ask. The full architecture of influence that works without a title.
THE 2 DAYS
Every participant arrives with one real person they need and cannot instruct. Nothing in the two days is practiced on a case study.
Day One — Read the Room You Cannot Command: Who actually decides this, what is each of them protecting, and where does my standing sit with them today?
Day Two — Move Without Pushing: How do I make the ask land, hold my position when it is resisted, and turn their agenda and mine into one?
Session content is deliberately not published. It is detailed in the proposal.
The thirty days THAT DECIDE IT
Influence is not learned in a room. It is learned on a specific person, over weeks, with the result at stake.
Field Application: Working the mapped stakeholder for thirty days against a plan each participant wrote on Day 2 — in the live account, project, or decision they are already accountable for.
The Clinic: Reconvening virtually for two hours after the thirty days to debrief what moved, diagnose what did not, and correct the approach while the situation is still open.
Manager Visibility: Equipping line managers to see the shift in behaviour, so the investment is observable rather than asserted.
Two days create the capability. The thirty days prove it.
A completed map of one real stakeholder landscape they are currently working
A named influence approach for each party in it
A prepared approach to the one conversation they have been avoiding
A 30-day field plan — tested in the field, then debriefed in the clinic
And The Capability To:
Walk into a room they do not control and know, before speaking, what will move it
Treat resistance as information about what is being protected, rather than as an obstacle
Award-Winning Leadership Program
Recognized with the African Excellence Award for the most Innovative Leadership Development Programme.
Proprietary Methodology
Building on Transcend's own developed and field-tested method — refined in live corporate delivery, not licensed from a catalogue.
Bilingual Delivery
Running in Arabic as the primary language with full English support, so nothing is lost between the concept and the room where it must be used.
